Thanks for stopping by... I'm Matt, and together with my partner Anna, we are the founders of Rolla Games and the product Mad for Footy; a game of chance and skill, unlike any physical sport.
Mad for Footy is the Number 1 Australian Rules Football Board Game that aspires to keep grassroots football dreams alive and promote the power of community sport. It encourages children to dream big, enrich their knowledge of the game and stay in it, as a player, coach, umpire, volunteer or supporter with their friends and family.
The game was created way back in 2014 with my Dad, and after becoming a primary school teacher, I wanted to combine my playing and coaching background to inspire my students. Since 2015, I’ve been using this in my classroom to bring children, parents and my community of differing cultures, social skills, personality types and abilities together, all through Australian Rules Football.
In 2021, Anna and I teamed up to make Rolla Games official, launching our commercial version of Mad for Footy in early 2022. We believe in bringing people together through footy and have made it our mission to make sport accessible to everyone.
At Rolla Games, we’re as true blue as it gets and want to inspire a new generation of footy fans to dream big, in their own way, on our footy field!
