After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3 business days.

Due to COVID-19 delays and current order volumes, our delivery partners are experiencing some interruptions. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so that you can track its delivery.

Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account and checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number.

Please provide a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available and a signature is not taken, a calling card or email will be provided and your order will be sent to the closest post office for collection.

Alternatively, you may have authority to leave (ATL) your parcel in a safe place at your home if no one is at the address. Please note that this is done at your own risk and Rolla Games accepts no responsibility for missing or lost parcels. Customers are advised to contact the shipping agent with their consignment number.

If you wish to change your shipping address, a request can be made via play@rollagames.com.au prior to your order being shipped.

Please note that we will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information. If your order is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may request to have is reshipped for an additional $20 fee.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 business days of delivery at play@rollagames.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
